EVD-78 Terminal Velocity

Monroe, Wa. – June 7th 2012 – Evergreen Drift Round 3: Terminal Velocity is rapidly approaching and competition has never been closer. Rain poured down for Round 2 with Mitch Johnson getting the best of the weather to claim the top step of the podium. Rain or shine all sights will be set on Mitch for round 3. Nik Jiminez’s two podium finishes keep him on top of the ProAM standings through two fierce rounds of competition.

Grassroots competition is as strong as it has ever been, once again maxing out the entry list for the 2012 season. Chris Goldie-Wells was able to expertly tip-toe around the moist bank all day long landing him on the top step on the podium for Round 2. Marc Andre-Tatto’s second place podium keeps him in the points lead by a margin of 19 over Chris Goldie-Wells.

Once again Round 3 is shaping up to be a vicious battle as Grassroots is packed with 40 entrants and ProAM filling up rapidly with over 18 registered cars. Round 3: Terminal Velocity looks to be shaping up as the best competition of the year.
