Kyle Pollard Takes the Win after a Fierce one-more-time battle in the Final Round with Ian Fournier. Kelly Thorpe would have his First Ever podium finish in 3rd.
The Pro-Am competition was intense as 4 Formula Drift Pro Licenses were up for grabs. Entering the event the top two drivers in the championship were settled nicely in points. However the battle for the fourth and final license would end up being the highlight of competition as 4th thru 7th ranked overall were only spread apart by 39 points, and all within reach of a license. However with his #1 Podium Finish it would be Kyle Pollard who advances from 7th overall to 4th in the championship to secure a Formula Drift License in the closest points race we’ve ever seen; leading 1 point over Tyler Grimsley.
Ian Fournier has been a fierce competitor all season, and his momentum carried him into a 2nd place finish at round 5. 4 out of 5 rounds this season Ian has placed on podium, and with a bounty of points ahead of the rest Ian Fournier has Taken the title of 2013 Evergreen Drift Pro-Am Champion
