Heads up to all the ProAm drivers!

The online Pre-Reg just opened for rounds #2 and #3

Once you sign up you'll want to follow the instruction on MotorsportReg.com on how to send your pre-payment into the Speedway Office.

We need everyone to pre pay by 6/7 so we can accurately plan the events.

So here is the pricing -

Payment received by:

6/7/10

  • ProAm Driver - $150

6/21/10

  • ProAm Driver - $175

Onsite and after 6/21

  • ProAm Driver - $190

As you can see you'll save some $$$$ if you hustle and get your payment in ASAP!

More than that, we especially need to know how many drivers are showing up for Round #3 held in conjunction with FD. Here is the deal. If we get 20 pre-paid drivers for Round #3 by the 7th we'll have a top 16 during FD. Any less and we'll only be able to run a top 8. FD is kicking in extra podium prizes including the return of the Exedy $1000 contingency plus more to be announced.

You know you want a top 16 so do work and make sure you pressure your other buddies into signing up!

There is a special deal for ProAm drivers on the 6th. We are going to give as many runs as possible on the 5/8ths in-between the Grassroots Competition. Any ProAm driver that is only running on the 5/8th and not participating in the Grassroots competition only pays $40 for a test and tune.

This is the last chance to shake down the car and get some seat time on the 5/8ths before Round #2 so don't miss it!

It's time to turn out for Evergreen's first of three Grassroots championship events. This series is uniquely designed to allow drivers of all experience levels compete with an equal shot at reaching the podium. The judging criteria is based on how well a driver pushes their car to the limit putting mildly modified cars on an even footing with the high power cars.

The bracket eliminations are set up to allow both tandem and non tandem drivers compete head to head to experience the pressure and thrill of drift competition. If both drivers don't meet the tandem safety requirements they will compete in a Pseudo Tandem battle where each driver takes solo runs with the best driver advancing to the next round.

This is a run what you brung, fight to the finish drift battle for all drivers who want to experience the thrill of competition. Trophies, fabulous prizes, and money are up for grabs on the podium. The driver that earns the most points over all 3 rounds will be crowned the 2010 Evergreen Drift Grassroots Champion!

The fine folks at HellaFlush have opened registration for the One of One car showcase at the Formula Drift Evergreen round.

If you think your whip has what it takes to make the cut check out the registration requirements and fill out an application.  The HellaFlush people will hand pick the illest examples of Northwest tuning that fit the HellaFlush ethic to display in the pits at Formula Drift round 4 at Evergreen Speedway.

And in case you need some examples of what a 'HellaFlush' approved car should look like check out this video from the Long Beach round by our good buddy, MotorMavens videographer, and Oregonian Justin Shreeve.
